I’m a 65-year-old independent traveller who believes the world doesn’t stop being interesting after 60. It just gets more worth exploring.
I’ve wandered busy cities, quiet villages, coastal roads and local markets on four continents. I’m always looking for places that feel safe, easy to get around, welcoming and genuinely worth the journey.
How MMI came about
As I planned more trips, and talked to other travellers over 60, I kept hearing the same thing:
“There’s so much travel information out there, but none of it is really for us.”
Most travel rankings are built for young backpackers or luxury seekers. They miss what matters to mature, independent travellers.
So I built the MMI.
