What we have told MMI on this form is accurate, and we will tell MMI if it changes. We will give guests honest information about access, effort and cost before they book or arrive. We will use the MMI Committed Partner certificate, decal and badge only for as long as we keep these commitments.

Businesses are not scored or ranked, and a Committed Partner is never listed on the Index.

We may contact you to confirm answers, and we may ask for photos or a visit to check what you have told us.

Assessment fee

Priority assessment Pay now €295 Your destination goes to the front of the queue. You’ll receive your assessment within 5 working days of payment. Standard assessment Pay later €250 Pay when your assessment is ready. We’ll let you know it’s done, and your result and certificate are released as soon as payment is received.

Important notes

Whether you pay now or later, every destination is scored under the same published rules.
You’ll receive your invoice as soon as you submit.
To be certified, a destination needs a total of 75 out of 100, with no Health & Safety indicator below 3.
Your certificate year is set by the date of payment. Paid January to September, it’s for that year. Paid October to December, it’s for the following year. The fee is the same all year, so the earlier you pay, the longer you enjoy your certification.
Certificates issued in November and December 2026 are 2027 certificates, and their destinations carry the title Early Boarder permanently.
If your destination falls short of the certification standard, you’ll receive a full report and may apply for reassessment after three months, at 75% of the fee.
